My husband and I, along with our 6 year old grandson, stayed in Trailer #1 for five nights. We had a great time visiting with family. Trailer was nice and plenty of room for the three of us. Can’t wait to plan our trip back! Hope to stay here again.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but “The Mansion” stay turned out to be an awesome place, with lots of room to wander. The property is newer, close to downtown, and walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. Tastefully tacky, could use a few more “Redneck” touches (like posters & coasters). Oh, and Mike was quick to answer any questions we had! Quick drive from Boise, we’ll be back!

My daughters and I have been going to Uncle Billy Bobs for years now! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Diane! She seems to always make things work for me when we really want to get away. She goes out of her way for her guests and I truly adore her! The trailers are always AWESOME, clean, and so much fun. One time she even left me a lovely cooked meal for my birthday. You won’t find a better place to visit. So much fun and relaxing. Thank you for all you do!

Have a sense of humor and laugh. Decorations are funny and just laugh and enjoy. Very clean with all amenities, air conditioning and all appliances you would need. Staff was fantastic and worked around our needs. Looking forward to visit another time.

We enjoyed are stay at the rental everything was great! You have it supplied with everything, I had brought a crock pot and you even had that! We will for sure call again if we get there again, the only suggestion I have is a phone would be good even if it is for local calls only, there is really know way for family to get in touch with us down there unless we go to the gas station to call on the pay phone. other than that it is a great place to stay!!! We did fill our deer tags and had a great time.

We had a great time. Loved the personal touches not only from the owners but guest who participated with the theme. Can’t wait to go again.

I have been hunting the Garden Valley for years and a friend who has stayed there a couple times turned me on to Uncle Billy Bob`s rental and I loved it, the owners did a fantastic job remodeling this old trailer inside and out. It is right there in town and I was able to walk any where in town and everybody there were very friendly and fun to visit with. We found everything we needed there at the local market and great food to. The view is awesome of the river and mountains. Thank You so much for providing this place for us to stay at.

This property was exactly what they said it would be and even cleaner than some more expensive places we’ve stayed. We went in Winter and got to have fun in the snow. The views are breathtaking when you get outside of the little cabin right from the yard. We also took some drives in this beautiful country. We couldn’t get internet at the cabin, only at the coffee shop across the street. We didn’t mind, we did jigsaw puzzles and board games with the kids. It was more fun without all the technology. We were able to play dvd’s in the tv they had, and we did have some games on the ipad that we did as well. It was so fun!!

Fun environment and everyone is so friendly.
It is such a relaxing time and great to have our own private space.

I recently needed to take a few days off from work and wanted to get away to the mountains but outdoor camping and I do not mix. I was happy to find this vacation rental and stayed for four nights. The unit was clean upon arrival. Everything you could need from fresh linens to a hairdryer to a fully functioning kitchen made my stay much more enjoyable. The view from the fire pit was breathtaking. I was appreciative I found a rental that allowed me to bring my dog so I wouldn’t have to kennel him. There was a park nearby with a trail that was perfect for walking my dog. I would recommend these units to anyone looking for an affordable mountain getaway and am currently planning several more trips back in the next year.

Centrally located to all the places you want to get out and play. Right in the heart of Crouch you can walk to the local saloon or grocery. The cabin itself was clean and well prepared. The beds were very comfortable and we loved having a kitchen where we could prepare meals. We will DEFINITELY be back!!

Had a wonderful time. We had a sisters outing and went to the Starlight Theatre and enjoyed the whole adventure!! The place was clean and comfortable. We will share our experience and we will be back. Thanks

We really enjoyed our stay at Uncle Billy Bob’s! Even though we live in Garden Valley, it all felt like we were away for the weekend! Uncle Billy Bob’s was something different we wanted to do for our anniversary. Diane did a great job with the redneck decor! Thanks UBB!

2nd time I’ve stayed at Uncle Billy Bobs and both times have been great! The place was immaculately clean and the decor is a riot. I will staying many more times in the future. And I recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive and fun getaway.

I’m afraid if I rave too much about our just completed weekend at Billy Bob’s Red Neck Trailer Vacation #1, they will be deluged with people wanting to make reservations, but here we go. We arrived Friday afternoon and had no trouble making our way directly to Billy Bob’s Trailer #1, with accurate directions provided by the management. The steep pitch up to the driveway was well sanded and we had no problem negotiating the short hill. The pictures on the web site are spot on and a true representation both inside and out of Uncle Billy Bob’s Red Neck Trailer #1. The owners have done a fantastic job of remodeling the inside of the trailer and honestly you don’t even know you’re in a trailer. I particularly liked the flooring in the kitchen and the in-wall space heaters in every room.

The price is definitely right, you won’t find a better bargain anywhere, for a unit with a fully equipped kitchen.

The first impression is that the place is spotless, no small feat given that checkout time is noon and checkin time is 4, so they have a very small window of time to clean.

Things to be mindful of include the fact that there was no cell phone service for either of us (different carriers), but my friend could get limited cell service at the Longhorn, and no land-line. There is no Internet connection at the trailer but there are several hot spots just a couple minutes walk away, including the Longhorn and Wild Bill’s coffee shop. The unit is basically in “downtown” Crouch, so even the grocery store is just a couple minutes walk away.

We took our own DVDs to watch but there are some DVDs and lots of reading material in the trailer (which we both really appreciated).

Our only observation (and this is not intended as a criticism just an observation) is that we wouldn’t mind a larger television. Also, we couldn’t get the oven to work (burners were fine), not sure what we were doing wrong. We could smell the gas but just couldn’t get it to light. Probably DSOE (dumb sh*t operator error), as neither one of us have a gas oven at home. We also wouldn’t mind Internet access, but all these are minor things.

All in all, a fine weekend, well worth repeating. We love the fact that it is so close to the Treasure Valley yet Crouch is not wall to wall tourists and skiers. Just a lovely weekend and I’m sure we’ll be back!!!

I chose this location as a getaway for myself and my son, who is easily overwhelmed with sensory stimuli. Our rental far exceeded our expectations, and Crouch was the perfect destination; not too crowded and not too remote, especially during October. The trailer was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The games, movies, and books available in the trailer were a nice touch, and my son couldn’t get enough of Big Mouth Billy Bass and the dancing poinsettia. On a side note, I highly recommend Two Rivers Grill; great people, food, and atmosphere, and Geo Thermal Swimming at Terrace Lakes; very refreshing! Much thanks to Diane and her staff for a pleasant stay. We will return, and will recommend this to our friends.

We have stayed in 5 star resorts throughout North America mainly for business meetings and conventions. Also multiple condos in Hawaii for vacations. Now you ask ” how does does Billy Bob’s stack up to such places?” First you must consider you are in Crouch Idaho, not Hilton Head. Second consider the typical client Bill Bob’s is going to appeal to in the first place. You can kick back, let your hair down and be prepared to leave all the BS part of your life behind you for a few days. No worries here about attitudes. You can be who you really want to be.

Now I have given Billy Bob’s a high rating not for what it really is but how it makes you feel escaping all the heavy duty parts of your life. In fact, it is clean, quiet, well equipped, close to restaurants and shops. Lot of fun things to do summer and winter both.

We will be back.
