It is here by agreed by and between owners and guests that the owner will allow
the guest to have the following described pet and no others on the vacation
rental premises upon and subject to the terms and conditions of the rental
agreement and this addendum. The permission granted herein shall be limited to a
certain pet as described below.

1. The guest is to pay an additional pet fee in the amount of a $100.00 refundable pet deposit.
2. This is in addition to the cleaning deposit.
3. All pets (dogs) must be at least two years old and house broken.
4. All pets must be kept on a leash when outdoors at all times.
5. The guest is reponsible for cleaning up any and all pet refuse.
6. The pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damages may be deducted from the pet deposit.
7. Guest should prevent pet from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
8. The pet will not be left unattended for an undue lenght of time either indoors or outdoors
9. Owners assume no reponsiblity for illness or injury that may incur to pets whiles on the premises.

The guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property.
